What Happens Next
-
We review the property. Photos, layout, timeline, target buyer.
-
We recommend an approach. Which rooms carry the listing, which service fits, what it costs. No obligation.
-
You decide. If it's a fit, we lock in the install date around your photography schedule.
Contact WOW Effect Inc. for professional home staging in Calgary
Maria Eugenia Avila, principal designer, leads every consultation personally — the walkthrough, the staging plan, and the decisions about which rooms carry the listing. The initial consultation is complimentary, with no obligation.
We work with Calgary realtors, home sellers, investors, builders, and developers. Whether you're preparing a vacant home for market, selling while still living in the property, launching a flip or model home, or settling into a new build, there's a service scoped for it: vacant home staging at $2,400, occupied home staging, realtor light staging at $425, furniture and décor rental, and move-in styling and design support.
To get an accurate recommendation, send us four things: the property address, the approximate square footage to be staged, whether the home is vacant or occupied, and your listing photography date. Photos help most of all — they let us scope the property before anyone spends time on a site visit.
Book before your listing photography. Photos are a listing's first showing, and staging after the shoot means paying a photographer twice. Install dates fill around listing launch schedules across Calgary, so the earlier we know your timeline, the easier it is to hit it. If your shoot is already booked, tell us the date and we'll work backward from it.
Serving Calgary and surrounding areas. Locations outside the city may carry an additional transportation fee — send the address and we'll confirm. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with evenings and weekends available by appointment.
What happens after you reach out: we review the property, recommend an approach and a package with pricing, and — if it's a fit — lock in an install date around your photography schedule. Sometimes the honest answer is a smaller package than you came in expecting. That's not a sales tactic; it's the only way this relationship works twice.
