Staging for Calgary Realtors

WOW Effect works with Calgary realtors as a staging partner — not a vendor you chase. Light staging from $425, full vacant installs at $2,400, install dates scheduled around your photography calendar, and a repeatable process you can bring to every listing appointment.
Your Marketing Starts Before the Photographer Arrives
By the time the shoot is booked, most of the listing's outcome is already decided. Photos are the first showing. They're what determines whether a buyer clicks or scrolls, and no photographer can shoot around a room that has no focal point, furniture at the wrong scale, or a flex space whose purpose isn't obvious.
Staging is the part of the marketing plan that happens before the camera comes out. Booked late, it means paying a photographer twice. Booked on time, it's the cheapest thing on the listing budget that changes what buyers see.
What Staging Does for the Agent, Not Just the Listing
A professionally staged listing reflects on the agent behind it.
-
It strengthens the listing presentation. Walking into an appointment with a staging plan — not a suggestion that the seller "tidy up" — separates you from the agent who came before you.
-
It gives sellers confidence. Sellers who see their home marketed properly stop second-guessing the strategy. That matters most in the weeks where nothing is happening yet.
-
It protects your pricing strategy. When presentation is the reason a listing stalls, the correction is a price reduction — and the first drop almost always costs more than staging would have. At $425, light staging is a fraction of that conversation.
-
It's repeatable. Same package, same timeline, same result across every listing. No reinventing the presentation, no coordinating décor yourself, no scrambling the week of the shoot.
Two Packages Built for Listings
Realtor Light Staging — $425. Two hours with an interior designer, decluttering and presentation recommendations, professional styling with the home's existing furnishings, and up to 15 curated décor pieces staged for one month. Transportation and pick-up included. Typically absorbed by the agent as a marketing cost rather than billed to the seller.
Full Staging Package — $2,400.
Complete staging for vacant homes and condos. Designers fully furnish and style the property, setup included. Delivery, pick-up, and transportation quoted separately. Renewals available at a reduced rate.
Not sure which the listing needs? Send photos and the shoot date. The consultation is complimentary and the answer is sometimes "less than you think."
How We Work With Your Calendar
We schedule backward from your photography date.
-
Send the details. Address, square footage, vacant or occupied, photography date. Photos help.
-
We recommend and quote. Which rooms carry the listing, which package fits, what it costs. Complimentary, no obligation.
-
Install day. Most installs are completed in a single day. The property is photograph-ready when the team leaves.
-
Listing period. Inventory stays for the term with support throughout. Renewals available at a reduced rate if the listing needs more time.
-
Pick-up. Seven days' written notice before the term ends. We collect everything — you coordinate nothing.
What We Need From You
The more notice, the easier it is to hit your launch date. Install dates fill around listing schedules, and the tightest constraint is almost always the photography booking.
Useful at first contact: the address, square footage to be staged, whether the property is vacant or occupied, the photography date if it's set, access arrangements, and photos. If the property needs cleaning, repairs, or decluttering first, that's worth flagging early — staging day works best when the home is ready for it.
